At Pioneer, we use the terms Connect//Grow//Serve//Share to describe the pathway of spiritual growth, faith, and healing that God often brings us along.
Serving is moving from being a spectator to being a contributor. It is not just about helping others. What you’ll find out is that serving others is the best way to grow in your relationship to God.
Serving is a great way to show God’s love to others and to demonstrate the attitude that Jesus modeled when he walked on earth. God created each of us with specific talents and gifts to use in impacting others. Our goal is to provide a place for you to discover who it is that God created you to be, and allow him to use you to bring his love and healing to Walla Walla and beyond.
Just as you cannot fit a square peg into a round hole (at least, without doing a lot of damage), you cannot fit all people into the same ministry positions. Every position, and every person, is unique.
There are many opportunities to use your unique gifts and talents within the church, including Children & Youth Ministry, the Worship team, Media & Communications, Pioneer’s Kitchen and more.
